Limited Warranty for Joist Runner Scaffolding System

This limited warranty covers the Joist Runner System (“Product”) sold by
DeckScaffoldingSystems.com (“Distributor”). The Product is patent pending and designed to
help users safely and efficiently install deck joists.

Distributor warrants this Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of
30 days from the date of purchase. If during this period, the Product fails due to defects in
materials or workmanship, Distributor will replace the defective part or the entire Product at no
charge to the customer.
To make a claim under this warranty, the customer must contact Distributor at
help@joistrunner.com. The customer must provide proof of purchase, a description of the
defect, a photo of the defect, and any other information necessary to assess the claim.
Distributor may require the customer to return the defective Product or parts to assess the
claim.
This warranty does NOT cover:
▪ Damage caused by improper use or installation.
▪ Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or neglect.
▪ Normal wear and tear.
▪ Damage caused by events beyond the control of Distributor.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Product.
Distributor makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any
implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall
Distributor be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to
use the Product.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not
apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from
jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
